Entries: 

Swimmer must be registered on Swim Team or have had Swim Lessons in Stage 5 or 6. 

A swimmers age is determined by their date of birth

All teams must have swimmers register for events in SwimTopia or send entries to [email protected] for any swimmer entering in from Stage 5 and 6 Swim Lessons.  Please include First & Last name, Age, Date of Birth, and Event Number.  

Entry Timeline: July 17th at Noon 

No Deck Entries 

Fees: None 

Facility: 25 Yard pool with a minimum depth of 3 feet 6 inches and a Maximum depth of 9 feet.  Diving is allowed at the deep end.  In-Water starts only at the shallow-end. Family Locker room is available with showers.  

Admission is free, must check-in with membership card, or for non-members have driver's license to enter building.  

No concessions 

Parking is available in the back entrance and back entrance check-in will be available.   

Volunteers: We will need parents to time the event, two per lane.  

No Clerk of Course

Heat Sheets: will be posted on SwimTopia, emailed to parents registered in SwimTopia, sent to coaches, and printed for coaches. 

Officials: No Judges and No Stroke and Turn at this swim meet

Scoring: Points 7-5-4-3-2-1 Points for Relays 14-10-8 

Results: will be mailed to team at conclusion of the swim meet.
